Our research focuses on the cells of the vascular wall, exploring their biology, functional roles and involvement in disease processes. We leverage cutting-edge functional genomics, high-throughput experimental platforms, and advanced bioinformatics to dissect how genetic variation contributes to vascular pathology. By combining in vivo and in vitro models, iPSC-based modeling, and large-scale clinical and genetic data in an integrated approach, we aim to develop innovative tools and insights to advance cardiovascular disease treatment and diagnosis.
